Villa Eden is a unique villa overlooking Lake Maggiore, built on the remains of an ancient nineteenth-century furnace, one of the many that once animated the Ispra area. Characterized by the iconic octagonal roofs that recall the original shape of the furnaces, the villa enjoys a panoramic position with lake view, an elegant garden and a refined style that make it a truly exclusive property. The interiors combine modern comfort with octagonal spaces embellished with frescoed ceilings and period furniture. The property includes a modern kitchen and four double bedrooms, all air conditioned and with private bathrooms. Designed for outdoor living, Villa Eden offers a well-kept garden with centuries-old trees, lawns, relaxation areas and two large panoramic terraces perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. A pool with lake view completes the outdoor area, ideal for moments of relaxation. Note: the owners reside discreetly in a separate apartment within the property, with independent access, ensuring total privacy for guests.

The villa is on two levels, connected by internal and external stairs. GROUND FLOOR â Entrance from a small hallway; study with library; octagonal living room with frescoed ceilings, dining area, sitting room and ornamental fireplace; corridor leading to three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms (two with shower, one with jacuzzi); octagonal master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden; two external service bathrooms, not internally connected to the main rooms. FIRST FLOOR â Access via internal staircase; octagonal kitchen with dining table; direct access to two panoramic terraces perfect for lunches and moments of relaxation. The main terrace (about 200 square meters) is partially shaded by a pergola and overlooks the lake; the second terrace has a privileged view of the octagonal roofs and the Mother Island. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Park:
The property is surrounded by a flat garden of about 3500 square meters completely fenced, which extends on both sides of the villa. On one side there is the swimming pool and the barbecue area with a furnished pergola for outdoor dining; on the other side, accessible from two bedrooms on the ground floor, there are private relaxation areas and a play area for children. The garden is mostly lawn and enriched by rose arches, a small citrus grove and jasmine vines that decorate the external stairs that lead to the first floor. There is also private parking for up to 4 cars. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located in a panoramic area on the right side of the property, about 50 meters from the villa, near the main entrance and the external staircase to the first floor. Irregularly shaped; measures about 15 x 6 m with a depth varying from 1 to 2.20 m; covered in PVC; access via Roman staircase; chlorine purification system; indoor and outdoor lighting. There is also a small trampoline. The sunbathing area is partly paved with stone and partly with lawn, furnished with sun loungers, deckchairs and umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Heating from November to April (⏠40,00 per day). N.B. These costs, not included in the price list, will be calculated at the reservation time and due at the balance payment.
