With two bedrooms and Wifi Internet fibre at 500mb. Just a few steps from the beach, it has all the ingredients for a unique holiday in Tenerife.
This beautiful flat is ideal for families, friends, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 4 people and 500mb Wifi Fiber Internet, designed for teleworking. With two cosy bedrooms, both with air conditioning and double bed. It has a bathroom with shower, independent kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, a spacious living-dining room with Smart TV 55’ and access to the wonderful terrace with garden of the house. This space has a chill-out area, and solarium, where you can sunbathe and enjoy a delicious lunch with the family. It also has a double private parking space in the building for your convenience.
A privileged location, with the Nea beach and the Radazul Marina just a short walk from the property, perfect for disconnecting with a pleasant stroll, enjoying the local gastronomy and the surrounding bathing areas, where there is always a good climate. It is situated in a residential area, strategically located to get to know the rest of the island.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, Italian coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, clothes iron, cot and high chair, and much more.
