There are three bedrooms and one full bathroom (bidet installed).

The first bedroom has two queen-sized beds, a nightstand, a 50-inch Roku TV, and a closet.

The second bedroom is a standard-sized room with two twin beds and a closet.

The third bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstand, and closet.

The kitchen layout includes a breakfast nook with barstools and a shelf equipped with board games for all ages.

The massive living room features a large dining table and comfortable seating with a 65-inch 4K Smart TV with Roku. The TV has Netflix, Hulu, and other apps.

The living room boasts ample seating space for guests. One of the couches is also a pull out bed that turns into a queen bed for 2 people to sleep on. Sheets/extra pillows/comforters are provided additionally as well.

Central air and heat flow throughout the space and can be controlled through a thermometer in the living room.

Guests enter through the code-encrypted front door and walk straight to the unit (also code-encrypted) into the space.

Guests can also access the basement, which features a pool table and laundry.

Guests can also access the backyard, which is fully fenced and generous in size. It comes with patio furniture (not available during winter), a bonfire, and a natural gas BBQ grill.

There are two driveway parking spaces available, alongside street parking (overnight not allowed during winter months).
