Une maison de vacances lac dans un cadre calme et paisible! Un endroit confortable et chaleureux

Que vous aimiez nager, pêcher, explorer la nature, faire du ski, du snowboard, vous promener dans un magnifique paysage 4 saisons ou simplement vous détendre au coin du feu, cet endroit est idéal.

Notre maison est idéale pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles (avec enfants). Les animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus, mais j’ai besoin d’un dépôt d’animal (200, 00) et d’un préavis.
Arrowhead est une communauté fermée. Chaque véhicule sera tenu de payer des frais de 35 $ et de recevoir une carte Gate spécifique à CE VÉHICULE et NON interchangeable avec d'autres véhicules. Il y a un supplément de retard supplémentaire pour les véhicules non immatriculés au moins 72 heures avant votre arrivée. Arrowhead Lake exige que TOUTES les locations d'été achètent un bracelet d'agrément de 8 $ / jour (35 $ / semaine) pour toutes les personnes de 12 ans et plus. This was a very nice place to stay. Beautiful views to compliment your morning coffee and close to the attractions when you are ready to head out. The host supplied everything that was necessary and then some. If the opportunity were to come up again to visit the area this would be a first choice.

Charming rental - the layout, amenities and communication with the host were excellent! The weather didn’t permit as much hiking as we normally do, but the view from the swing on the covered porch made up for whatever the weather restricted!

What a wonderful property! The stay was excellent and so was the owner. She was in contact with us throughout and made sure that we were getting the most out of our stay. The property was very clean and well appointed. You will LOVE having coffee on the back porch swing watching the sun come up over the mountains. Located very close to Luray Caverns and Skyline drive. Both were very enjoyable. We plan on coming back again for sure.

Felt like home

Property was clean and updated. Felt like home with the decor and absolutely loved the screened in porch and over-sized porch swing. Communication was great if we had any questions or recommendations. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The Little Cozy House is just that...

Super cozy with a great atmosphere. The fire pit was really nice and the solar powered outdoor lights around the property were just magical. We saw deer and hummingbirds as well which was wonderful. It was only abot a 6 minutes walk to the lake as well which was great. Overall, it was a wonderful time! Highly recommend!

We will keep coming back!

This place is amazing! Third time staying here and it just gets better and better. The place is clean and cozy and the screened in porch is just the best place for having morning tea and watching the deer. The host is just the best and is excellent with communication. I would definitely reccomend staying here if you are looking for a cozy and relaxing time.

We love this amazing place our kids and our pet was really happy they love the location

The house beautiful and pretty. When we arrived it was nice and clean. My kids loved it and so did out dog. The homeowner was Amazing and answered any questionswe had. I strongly recommend people to come and stay here. 1we recommend this place for everyone and we hope to come back soon

Relaxing Retreat

The Little House was the perfect retreat for some much needed rest and relaxation. It was dog friendly with a great backyard and awesome screened porch. It is also close to great trails to hike and located in a safe gated community. Giovannella was a great host , very thorough, welcoming , and attentive. The care and love for the Little House can be felt all around.

Nice quiet weekend

House is small, as described in the listing, but comfortable and well equipped. Wife and I wanted a quiet relaxing weekend and this house worked perfectly. We have rented here before and would not hesitate to come again. Communication with the homeowner was great

Wonderful Little House!

Cozy and comfortable getaway

We really enjoyed staying at the little house for our ski weekend. It was charming, quiet and comfortable. Giovanella was very accommodating and always quick to respond. She made sure that we felt welcome and comfortable. The house was just the retreat we needed after long days skiing and hiking nearby. We loved cozying up with homemade meals and a fireplace each night. We’d highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed the little house!

Me and my husband celebrated our anniversary in the little house. It's a very romantic place and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We planned to go out for a dinner first, but then decided to appreciate the beauty of nature and the birds singing on the backyard. The house is comfortable, clean and close to the lake, located on a very quiet street... And it smells good inside)) Thank you Giovanella, we will be back again!

Perfect Little house for countryside gateway

Our experience at this place was great, my wife was very happy being here and we loved the house specially nice decor in the deck and beautiful night lanterns setup. We plan to come back soon here. Giovannella communicated all details in timely fashion and also responded to our question promptly.

Best place to be snowed in

This was a perfect retreat. Access easy to Shenandoah NP and Shenandoah River SP. We chose the property based on the promised view and were not disappointed! Sunrise was phenomenal as was watching the snowstorm come over the mountain... You look out over a pasture toward the Stony Man area of Shenandoah mtns in the distance. Closer to, the birdfeeders kept the yard view lively. The home is completely unique, cozy, and clearly made with a lot of care and modern taste. Giovannella was helpful, welcoming and well prepared.

Gianella's home is beautiful. It checked all of the boxes for us. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Our family is actually trying to decide when we should come down again. She was a very sweet and attentive host. She made sure we had everything we needed. The cherry on the top was the view and that bottle of wine she left welcoming us. Thank you Gianella!

A well made home in the heart of Shenandoah Valley with a great host

My friends and I spent the weekend at this property. Giovannella has good taste and you can see it in every tiny detail about this property. She was extremely helpful with tips and information right from the time I made the booking. She was also very prompt with her responses every time I had questions or requests. We made great memories from our stay here. I highly recommend it. My only regret is not staying longer.

Relaxing and enjoyable getaway

We stayed at the little house for a two day getaway and despite the rain we had an awesome, relaxing and stress free trip. The house is not just a house...Giovannella made it a home. It is cozy, warm and inviting. EVERYTHING you could possibly need is there waiting. It rained the whole trip and we weren't able to enjoy the beautifully set up outdoor amenities but we will when we return for our next stay here!! Girls Get-A-Way

The Little Cozy House was perfect for my sister, my mother and I. We wanted to get away to relax and reconnect and we enjoyed a comfortable week. Giovanella was an excellent host, checking in on us to see if we needed anything and to make sure that everything was ok. We had a couple of rainy days so we didn't get to explore and enjoy outdoor activities but the Little Cozy House provided us with plenty of room to enjoy movies, games and great conversation.

I love this house so much we came back!!

We stayed here last year and absolutely loved our experience we came back! Giovannella (the owner) has supreme hosting skills and is communicative throughout the whole experience! It rained most of the time we were there but that was ok! The screened in porch provided many activities we were still able to do outside. If your looking to unwind and relax, this is the place! Giovannella provides practically everything, as well as a positive upbeat attitude! Of course we will be coming back!

Lovely!

Me and my family decided to spend the holidays out of the city. As soon as I found the little house in the website, I felt this was the right place. Giovanella is the best host I ever had when renting a place. She always answered my questions, give me all the information and instructions clearly, left us a delicious bottle of wine, and even accommodated my grandmother at the last minute without any problem. The house is so warm and cozy! Definitely we’re going back!
