Villa Nola in Mali Vareski

Welcome to Villa Nola on the east coast of Istria. This renovated traditional stone house is located in the small town of Mali Vareški, only 3 km from the beach "Duga Uvala" and 18 km from Pula, the largest city in Istria. The interior space of 160 square meters is designed in a unique traditional style and offers full comfort, you really feel at home. Villa Nola has 4 bedrooms with double beds and four bathrooms with showers. Three rooms are located on the first floor, while one room with a bathroom is located on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a guest toilet. Behind the house is a covered area of 32 m2 with a summer kitchen and dining room overlooking a fully fenced garden with a private pool (30 m2). The pool can be heated on request, and the fee for pool heating is 200,00 € for a week's stay. The villa also has a jacuzzi and a children's pool. In the garden, there is also an outdoor gym, a children's playground, a large terrace and a traditional stone wall. It has covered parking for 4 cars. The villa is fully air-conditioned.
