This superb holiday home is situated within a few minutes’ walk of Viking Bay beach in the sought after holiday town of Broadstairs. This spacious contemporary detached house has 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind with friends and family. The open-plan design lends itself to a social and connected experience, making it the ideal place to make seaside memories with loved ones.

Broadstairs: Coastal Charm and Timeless Elegance

Nestled along the captivating coastline of the Isle of Thanet, Broadstairs is a seaside gem that effortlessly blends historical charm with modern allure. Famous for its golden sandy beaches, quaint winding streets, and vibrant local culture, this picturesque town has been a beloved retreat for centuries.

An entrance porch offers somewhere to place your shoes and leave your coats. You enter the house into the roomy hallway, stairs lead up to the 2 upper floors where the bedrooms and main bathrooms are. There is also a cloakroom off the hallway with w/c and basin.

The living room has lots of comfortable seating, perfect for those cosy evenings watching a movie on the flat screen TV with Sky TV and streaming channels Netflix and Amazon.

Coming off the lounge is a light and spacious open plan dining & kitchen. The dining area has a large dining table which comfortably seats 8. The kitchen provides everything you will need to cook a storm, plus there is a, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and washing machine. A kitchen starter pack with washing up liquid, sponge, cloth and some dishwasher tablets are provided. We also provide some kitchen essentials, tea, coffee, milk, salt, pepper, oil and kitchen roll.

The dining & kitchen area leads out to a secluded garden offering the perfect place to chill out after a day exploring or sunbathing on the famous sandy Viking Bay Beach. The garden is also a favourite for four-legged friends as it is safe and secure. There is also an outside taps to hose down sandy or muddy paws.

Upstairs on the first floor are the first 3 of the 4 bedrooms offered. There are two double bedrooms, both offer King Size beds, one overlooks the rear garden and the other is located at the front of the house. The bedroom at the front also comes with an ensuite with large shower, toilet, and basin. The third single room has bunks. Also on this level is the main bathroom with, bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and basin.

The top floor is accessed via a further flight of stairs. At the top of the stairs is a reading area with armchair and footstall and soft lighting. The fourth and final double bedroom has two single beds which can also be made into a king bed upon request.

All four bedrooms have good amount of storage and quality linen and towels. Refillable toiletries are provided in all bathrooms.


Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Broadstairs train station is approx 15 minutes away by foot and is regularly served by Southeastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station

National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.

The house comes with an added bonus of s garage with space to park one car, plus there is unrestricted street parking as well.

Up to 2 well behaved dogs will be permitted at a small additional cost of £40 per stay. Dogs must not be left on their own or allowed on soft furnishings or in bedrooms. Please let us know if you will be bringing your furry friend/s.
