Open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen with an autumnal color palette. Relax on two velour sofas and a mid-century style reclining chair, enjoy the wall mounted smart TV (Netflix & Amazon with your login), or spin vinyl on the record player.

Kitchen & Dining:
Classic shaker-style kitchen with a modern central island with stool seating for casual dining. All modern applicances including a dishwasher and coffee machine. Formal dining seats 6.

Outdoor Space:
French doors lead to a paved private garden with a rattan patio lounge set—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Bedrooms:

Master Suite: Super-king bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, and stunning sea views from the bay window.
Bedroom 2: Flexible zip-and-link beds (choose two singles or a super-king - please state at time of booking), dressing area, and hanging storage with shelves.
Bedroom 3: Cosy trundle bed (ideal for children), sea views, and a movable hanging rail.

Bathrooms:

Downstairs: Sleek shower room with contemporary black fixtures.
Upstairs: Luxurious master bathroom with maroon tones, featuring a classic roll-top bath, rain shower and finished with elegant gold accents.

Parking is available right in front of the house and along the road. While we can’t guarantee the exact spot outside will always be free, it is marked with a solid white line.

Extras:
Utility area with washing machine, coat and shoe storage in the hallway, travel cot and highchair for little ones, and hairdryers in 2 bedrooms.

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Margate train station is the nearest station and just a 5 minute walk to the accommodation. Margate Train Station is regularly served by South Eastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well as trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 80-90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station.

The National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: The Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.

There are many local reasonalbly priced taxi companies serving Thanet.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.
