Entering into the property on the ground floor, you will find a comfortable and cosy lounge with a large L-shape sofa looking onto a 40 inch wall mounted smart TV. A separate Cocoon © sofa bed is nestled into the corner of the lounge, transforming into a very comfortable small double sofa bed.

Up a flight of stairs to the first floor, you’ll find a brand-new fitted family bathroom with shower over bath to the rear of the property.
