48 'The Bay' is a family friendly seaside retreat, a real home away from home. Offering you all the comforts you need to enjoy a holiday by the bay.

Private outdoor patio area overlooking peaceful open green space, a perfect little sun trap. With the pool a short walk away, enjoy a cool dip before dinner.

The space
On entry you'll find an open plan living area with kitchen and dining area attached. The theme is 'By the Seaside' so expect Boats, Anchors and of course the notorious Dover Sea Gulls!

As you walk through to the hallway you'll find access to a modern bathroom to the left which has a small utility space where you'll find the washing machine. The master bedroom is in front of you which has a comfortable double bed and built in wardrobes. Opposite the bathroom is the 2nd bedroom which has 1 single bed and a bunk bed with built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers.

You will find the chalet has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and stress free as you enjoy your holiday with family or friends.

Outside the property you have a lovely private patio, this is a real sun trap and a great space for some Al Fresco dining be it breakfast or a BBQ.

Please make use of the patio furniture stored inside the chalet in the second bedroom.

Guest access
Plenty of free parking around the site. Parking directly outside the property is prohibited so please bear that in mind when loading and unloading your vehicles.
The Main building to the park is a quick stroll around the back of the property where you'll find the swimming pool and leisure centre along with children's play area. There is a bar and restaurant and an entertainment hall as well as a soft play area and arcades for all ages. Free wi-fi is available in the main building.
