No reception: contactless concept
All facilities are cleaned and sanitized by certified, top-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a courtesy kit for all facilities and all necessary information on accommodation.
Customer care will always be at your disposal, via email or telephone for the entire stay.
You can also come and visit us at the office to discover the promotions reserved for you and the activities to do in the surrounding area.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, sign the mandatory contract with the online facility and perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages.
It is forbidden to welcome minors unaccompanied by parents.
Please note: we do not guarantee to answer the phone after 10pm.
It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
In case of violation, an amount of 200 euros will be charged.

TOURIST TAX TO BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD (MANDATORY)
Amount per day per person, per night, to be paid via payment link at online check-in.

The extra service on request for the hot tub from May 1st to October 15th is included in the price.
From October 15th to April 30th the tub is subject to a charge of €35 per night or €100.00 for stays longer than 5 nights.
