The Space:
This small but centrally located ground floor 1 bedroom apartment provides everything for you to enjoy your Cornish break in comfort.

Situated on the fringes of the town centre with only a short walk to all the amenities you would need to enjoy your stay. From boutique bars, trendy dining, golf, supermarkets, beach hire and everything in between, it’s all available within a few minutes’ walk, if an idea of a holiday is not having to drive, the positioning of this apartment offers just that, wake up, savour a morning coffee and prepare for a day on the beautiful rugged North Coast.

Newquay town has an abundance of things to entertain you, even on those rainy summer days, but for when the sun is shining, and Newquay is at its best you have many of the town’s beaches on your doorstep.

Towan beach is moments from the apartment, best-known for its safe swimming and family-friendly vibe. The beach is lifeguarded during the summer season. Why not try your hand at sunrise paddle-boarding or surfing: The long tidal drop reveals many beautiful rock pools and due to its position below the iconic ‘Island House’ provides the perfect backdrop for a traditional beach day. There is also a beautiful harbour and some great restaurants and street food to try over looking the harbour.

For those seeking an active break, you’re spoilt for choice, Fistral Beach is still within walking distance this is the ideal place for you to take a dip in the ocean and try an array of water sports, we highly recommend hitting up Women & Waves or Newquay activity centre. There are plenty of opportunities to book surf lessons or hire gear, all within a complex of cafes, takeaways, and shops, that are located right on the beach. Or you can just lie on the beach and watch the action from afar!

When seeking a less active stay or for when the days are a little less sunny, you have the option of the 5-star Headland Hotel & Spa to enjoy. Restore your sense of balance and let yourself unwind with a luxury spa treatment or take a dip in the ‘Aqua Club’ ranked No 10 in the ‘World’s Best Hotel Swimming Pools’, it is still walking distance from this stunning apartment, non-residents are always welcome at the hotel (subject to availability).

For the golf lover, you have one of South West's finest links courses just a few roads away, visitors are always welcome and who wouldn't want to take advantage of playing the game they love with the Atlantic Ocean as their backdrop.

Newquay has an array of beautiful coastal walks one of my favourites is the walk over to Watergate bay it’s a couple of hours long but completely worth it when your reach Watergate bay and can enjoy a hot chocolate on the beach, why not also try one of the famous walks on the south west coastal path.

Other Things to Note:
During peak season, you will need to pay and display for on-street parking. Outside of this period, it is free of charge.
Dogs are welcome on the condition they are kept off soft furnishings and downstairs. There is also a fee of £20 per dog (max 2).
