This two-storey cottage townhouse dates back 200 years and is set in the town of Kilrush, County Clare and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
The Merchant's House dates back to 1811 and overlooks the Market Square in the popular town of Kilrush, County Clare. This cottage townhouse sleeps five people and has two bedrooms, consisting of two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom with wonderful clawed leg cast iron bath. The cottage townhouse also has a fitted kitchen with dining area, sitting room with woodburner, and a sofa bed, plus the townhouse has a cloakroom/storage room. To the outside of this cottage there is roadside parking on a 1st come, 1st served basis with a public car park close by. Conveniently located close to shops, pubs andthe beach, The Merchant's House provides an excellent base all year round.
Amenities: Electric storage heaters and electric panel heaters with woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio. Library of books and games. Electricity included in rent, Â25 supplement payable direct to owner Oct - March inclusive, starter pack of fuel for woodburner included. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. WiFi. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis. Additional parking in FOC public car park close by. Bicycles can be hired by arrangement with owner. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Please note the stairgate can only be fitted to a bedroom door due to width of the stairs.
