This property consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen area with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dining seating for six and a sitting area with TV. There is also a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a rear garden with a lawn, patio and picnic bench, as well as off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, smoking is not permitted. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop and within 0.5 miles, a pub. This welcoming home awaits in the rural County Clare. Please note: The garden is not fully enclosed.

Local walks showcase the area's natural beauty, or go horseback riding along the white sand beaches. Surfing is popular at Doughmore Strand and Spanish Point, while boat cruises to see dolphins are available in Kilrush and Carrigaholt.
