Please consider that we could not get into the house until the cleaner arrived to provide the correct code. Luckily, we didn't arrive later that evening. Otherwise, we would have been stranded. The cleaner was only notified an hour earlier and worked well to have the place clean enough by 2pm (not 3pm) although there were bottle tops, tubes of medical cream, chocolate wrappers and other bits of rubbish still under beds and lounge, etc. Regarding the TV, just because I was happy to give you some latitude by giving you more time to resolve, I see you have used this as a reason to not provide a tv at all.Regarding the washer/dryer , this is a basic expectation. Needing our key to access and resolve the issue was poorly communicated, which caused a delay and more inconvenience. The front door sometimes still jams when you try to lock.The backyard is poorly kept, with weeds everywhere, random tools to trip over, and accessing the washing line less than convenient.There are two forks in your set of cutlery.You need a permit to park in the street. Luckily, I haven't been fined.Resolving issues as quickly as you could is commendable, but i suggest there shouldn't be issues in the first place.
