Sea view ground floor apartment 20 seconds walk from the beach!

I love Cyprus and I love this apartment and have spent many happy holidays here with my family when they were young and now that they are older they love spending time here with their families and friends. It is so convenient with everything you need within walking distance - beach, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, hotels and so much more. If you do want to venture out further, Ayia Napa, Larnaca and Protaras are not too far. What I enjoy most about hosting is when people stay here and love it as much as my family and I do. This is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with private access to the beach which is just seconds away. The sandy beach is quiet so is ideal for relaxing and then strolling back to the apartment for a siesta or a snack/drink and back to the beach again. However if you prefer being around more people, just a short walk to your left or right are hotels and sunbeds for you to enjoy. You can also make use of the barbecue facilities and eat on the private patio.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Lordos Beach, Sandy Beach and Golden Bay Hotels. Opposite these are supermarkets where you will also find local pubs, bars and restaurants as well as car and motorbike hire.

The apartment is located on the Larnaca Dhekelia road on the beach side of the road and there is a bus stop located outside on the main road going in both directions.

The apartment is 20 minutes drive from Ayia Napa, 10 minutes drive from Larnaca and 15 minutes drive from Larnaca Airport.

Cyprus CTO restaurant is located 5 minutes walk east from the apartment and has a kids play area.
Touzla Mosque is 14 km from Sandy Beach Villas. while Europe Square is 15 km away.
