Villa Mouna is a splendid property located in Massa Lubrense, a short drive from Sorrento, and offers a breathtaking view of the island of Capri and the gulf of Naples.
It consists of two double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people thanks to the presence of a sofa bed.
It is equipped with all useful services such as: air conditioning in all rooms, heating, Wi-Fi, TV in all bedrooms and in the living room, pellet fireplace for the winter (From 11/1 to 30/03) and possibility of free parking 150 meters from the villa.

As you enter the Villa you will find its bright living room (with direct access to the outside terrace and swimming pool), which hosts a double sofa bed, a folding armchair and TV. On this level, there is also a small bathroom with shower.

The fully equipped kitchen, a stone's throw from the living area, is spacious and complete with all modern appliances, ideal for enjoying your meals outdoors and enjoying the panoramic views.

The villa offers a private outdoor swimming pool, well equipped with sun loungers, sitting and dining areas, as well as a barbecue and tennis table, all set in a fantastic well maintained garden.

Welcome kit
Mineral water in the fridge, 1 kg of pasta with tomato sauce, oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and coffee.
For a minimum stay of 7 nights, a special ceramic kit by the artist Rosalinda Acampora representing the symbols of our land (a hand-painted plate by the artist, a lemon, a tomato and a ceramic horn).

Rental Rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival date.
Check-In time is from 15:00; Checkout is by 10:00.
A cash refundable deposit of 500 € will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at the time of departure less any charges in case of damages.
If the house rules will be ignored, some penalties will be applied according to the specific cases.


Extra costs (to be paid upon arrival):

Final Cleaning: Euro 60.
City tax: € 3,00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards) up to 5 days.
