Conveniently located just a few minutes walk to the local supermarket and ATM and 10 minute walk to Templars Square Shopping Centre & Retail Park where you can find supermarkets, retail stores, a gym, salon, post office, pharmacy and everything else you may need during your stay.
Florence Park (15 min walk) is a beautiful spot for your morning run and offers outdoor tennis courts and several dedicated children playground areas. Sandford-on-Thames and Iffley Lock are both worth a scenic walk down the River Thames.
Plenty of restaurants to choose from down Cowley Road and it's surroundings, some of our favourites include; Magdalen Arms (award winning gastro pub), Chester Arms (amazing steak platter) and The Jolly Postboys.

Please do not forget to place the keys back in the key safe on your departure or this will also result in a charge.
CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.
Travel cot available for use, please be sure to bring your own bedding and linen if required as this is not included.
We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet roll, travel size hair and body wash etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.
