This astonishing space- which can accommodate up to 5 guests- is ideal for couples, families, friends, solo or business travelers. It features:

- A dining area with wide windows that flood the space with a fully equipped open kitchen with all the tool needed to cook your favorite meals
- A bedroom with 2 single beds and wide windows which let an abundance of natural light in

- A shared laundry room is available in the building

Once you book with us, we will create a group with you and our guest relations team, in which all information related to the location and check-in/check-out procedure will be shared.
When you arrive, you can access the keys from the lockbox located outside of the apartment.
While you may have the apartment to yourselves, you won’t be alone when it comes to planning your trip. We are more than happy to help you book activities, bike & car rentals and anything else.

This lavish apartment is situated minutes away from Finikoudes beach and most touristic attractions. During the day, you can stroll around and embrace the charm of the heritage houses.
Moreover, you can explore the area by visiting Kyriazis Medical Museum, Laranaca’s Medieval Castle – which dates back to the 13 th century- and Saint Lazarus Church.
Finally, located near restaurants, pubs and rooftops, you can spend your night
experiencing Larnaca’s vigorous nightlife.

Various bus stops are located all around town near the property. They take you to most destinations, places of interest; culture; and also to the airport.
Moreover, you can get around and explore the area by bike.

We are environmental friendly, and by that we aim to preserve sustainable energy. So kindly note that you will be handed one energy saving card attached to the apartment key upon check-in.
Please remove it from the card holder once you are out of the apartment.

**IMPORTANT**: We strive to ensure efficient energy consumption within our community, thus promoting sustainability and cost-effectiveness. As such, we kindly remind you of the normal electricity consumption limits outlined below:

* Studio: 150 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 6 KWH.
* 1 Bedroom: 200 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 8 KWH.
* 2 Bedrooms: 250 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 10 KWH.
* 3 Bedrooms: 375 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 15 KWH.
* Villa: 500 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 20 KWH.

Should your consumption exceed these limits, a charge of 0.5 EUR per extra KWH will be applied daily. This measure ensures fair usage and encourages conscientious energy practices, benefitting both our environment and your wallet.
