To check our exact location, search the Tib Street Tavern, as weâre just a stones throw from there. Our closest train station is Piccadilly station and itâs only a 10 minute walk away. You can conveniently hop on the tram too which is just 5 minutes walk away at Market Street .
PARKING:
Secure Parking for ÂŁ20 a day can be found here : Northern Quarter Car Park, APCOA with address: Church St, Manchester M4 1LX. The entrance is actually on at 44 Tib Street, M4 1LA.
THE BEST BIT:
with Manchester's famous Northern Quarter at your doorstep this is the perfect location for exploring everything the city has to offer.

You'll find peace and tranquillity in our bedroom We supply fresh linen and towels for each guest for your convenience
BATHROOM:
We supply shower gel and shampoo for your convenience.
LIVING ROOM:
With a sofa bed and a smart Tv with Netflix our living room is great for relaxing
KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything youâll need to cook (tea and coffee provided)
DINING AREA:
Even if youâre not cooking thereâs space to eat your takeaway!
GOOD FOR FAMILIES, PET FRIENDLY & LONGER STAYS:
We have a washer / dryer which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, youâll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets), a high chair and some childrenâs plates & cutlery.
We are pet friendly but please donât forget to add them as a guest as thereâs an extra charge.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
for convenience weâll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets â please let us know in advance if you need a cot.
