Incredible 6 Bed / 6 Bath Villa in Puerto Calero

Enjoy breath-taking mountain and sea views from all corners of the Villa, situated in an exclusive area just a short stroll to the famous Puerto Calero Marina.
On the first floor of the villa, there are 4 bedrooms all of which have En-suite bathrooms, three are Queen Beds and one twin room. All with modern finishes, good quality furniture and beautiful fixtures with built in storage throughout.
On the Ground floor there are a further 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and a twin, they share a bathroom. There is a living room and dining room also, all benefiting from the natural light that floods through each room.
In addition, there is a Double sofa bed in one of the living rooms Perfect for multiple families or large groups to holiday together.
The décor is modern, well equipped and has everything that you need for a perfect holiday.
Air Conditioning is installed in all bedrooms to ensure that you stay is comfortable. There is also Air Conditioning located in the main living room for added comfort.

The outdoor space has lots to offer, with an integrated BBQ and dining area, Hot Tub, lots of outdoor terraces; open and covered, with spaces for entertaining and dining, sunbathing around the vast pool terraces, and of course the private heated salt water chlorinated swimming pool, perfect for a softer swim!
There is a private tennis court, Pool Table and Tennis Table facilities, perfect for entertaining guests and having fun as a family. A true touch of class in your own holiday home.

We offer a shopping service for guests in advance, where you can send our property manager a list of what you may need for your stay, and we will get it for you for your arrival.
A welcome pack is provided for all guests which includes the necessities you may need when you arrive.

Complimentary shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet roll, laundry cleaning tablets and general cleaning agents are provided for your stay.

The villa is located in the most exclusive part of Lanzarote – Puerto Calero, a place of beautiful restaurants, bars, boating, designer shopping and more. You can also enjoy a water taxi from Puerto Calero over to Puerto Del Carmen which is the liveliest area of the island. There you will find a huge range of bars, restaurants and shops with beautiful beaches and water sports.

A superb house perfectly suited for a family of eleven people

A very well-located house on the heights of Puerto Calero, clean , quiet and close to a supermarket,with sea view. The house is furnished with great taste, featuring a very welcoming living area , many relaxation space and a variety of games and amenities (heated pool, tennis,billards,table tennis...) that were greatly appreciated. Excellent communication with our hosts and very responsive services. Many thanks again for the generous welcome package and the Christmas trees.

Wonderful holiday in an amazing villa with fantastic friends

The entire party had a fantastic time in this wonderful place. The outside space is amazing and has lots of room for relaxing or activities. There is a fully functioning kitchen with everything you need and lots of communal space inside. A couple of the bedrooms are a little tight on space but we were only in there to sleep and get ready to go out so wasn’t an issue. There is plenty of wardrobe space with lots of hangers supplied. I really liked the digital guide that was sent to us, it explained all the relevant information we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our time so much, we are booking for next year.

Fabulous villa!

We had a fabulous stay at the villa in October half-term. As return guests we particularly loved all the recent improvements. The communal space is large (great for a big group). The kitchen is brand new and well kitted out. The hot tub is a nice addition for the evenings when the sun has gone down. We are already looking to book again!

Beautiful villa

I hired the villa to have our wedding here and it was absolutely beautiful. The most perfect place to have our special day. Gorgeous surroundings and views all round. So spacious and modern inside. The kids had the best fun to with the pool, hot tub, pool table etc. there was something for everyone. Super comfortable beds to. Amazing communication from our host from start to finish and so helpful providing table clothes etc. We loved our stay.

Home from home

Home from home. We come here now twice a year and love it. The hosts are bloody amazing and very helpful. We will be returning again in jan and more thab likely next summer. The place is top notch . Loads of things to do and keep you busy with a small walk to the marina for class food and drinks. I dont want to big it up to much as it will fill up and we wont be able to come. An amazing 60th birthday holiday with friends and family

What can I say I had the most amazing time everyone in our party loved the villa there were 12 of us and there was plenty of room. The villa was clean had lots of amenities to enjoy the pool area was lovely plenty of sunbeds a speaker system that you could connect to with your phone. All you could need on holiday and more. Andrea was amazing from the time we booked and throughout our stay if we had any questions. We hired the chef Ben and a DJ for the actual birthday day and they were absolutely fantastic Ben cooked us a BBQ which was bought out in courses absolutely delicious the steak melted in your mouth and there was loads of food, the white chocolate cheesecake was delicious. Ben also arranged a birthday cake for me which was lovely. We also had a cinema night where we booked Ben for a 3 course meal and he then set up an outside cinema for us we had 2 films and it was great the only thing I would suggest there are pouffe to put your feet on that would have been more comfy. We will definitely be back and will recommend this villa to all our friends and family. By far the best villa we have ever hired abroad and we have hired plenty over the years. We prefer villas to hotels. Andrea you are amazing you don’t need to do anymore than you do. you do a first class job making sure everyone is happy and the villa is comfortable well done you. I used to manage some holiday properties in uk so know how hard it is to get it right. Thank you so much and we look forward to returning xx

Perfect villa for a family holiday

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Soleada! The space was perfect for our group of 12 – spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved having multiple bathrooms. The highlight for us was definitely the lovely heated pool and hot tub – the kids spent many hours in the pool. The location was also ideal – walking distance to the marina, which had a great selection of restaurants, bars, ice cream shops etc. Plus, it was only about a 15-minute drive from the airport, making arrival and departure super easy. Inside the villa, everything was top-notch. The internet was very fast and reliable throughout the whole property, which was a huge plus. We also really appreciated the large TV and super comfy couches. Highly recommend this villa – we’re already looking forward to coming back!

A perfect villa for all the family

Everyone ranging in age from 77 to 2 years old were so happy at Villa Soleda There was so much to keep 5 active children occupied . Tennis, table tennis , pool , and pool table ,also the Jaccuzi - perfect ! The older children loved having their own apartment downstairs and making cups of tea and watching their tv programs ! We enjoyed the 10 minute walk into Puerto Calero for shops restaurants and bars . Will be even better when the Super Dino opens 👍 Great bbq which we used a lot ! We appreciated all the bathrooms and toilets , Great Comfy beds and sunbeds with plenty of towels Lovely and sheltered round the pool when windy . Great different areas for sitting eating and drinking 👍 We will return !

Fantastic Villa

The villa was everything and more from what we were looking for. The facilities at the villa for entertainment were spot on with the heated pool, hot tub, tennis, table tennis and pool a big hit with our family. Great cooking facilities where we utilised the large bbq and seating area outside. We booked the private chef (Ben) as seen on the website who cooked an amazing birthday celebration meal and would highly recommend if you are visiting the villa The comms with Andrea was super and any questions we had she was able to respond pretty much instantly that was much appreciated. Overall we had a great week in the Villa with close proximity to Puerto Calero and a short ride / tax to Puerto Del Carmen Thanks Dan and family

The property was exactly as described. We were three couples so only required the upstairs and even then there was a spare room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and everything worked. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Loads of space both upstairs and around the pool. We had three successful BBQs with food purchased from the Mercadona in Puerto del Carmen. Took the ferry there and after buying the food took a taxi back for very few euros. Taxi rank outside supermarket. Recommend walk to Quemada with a couple of good restaurants. Plenty of restaurants around the marina. We would walk down but take a taxi from rank back to villa. All in all a very good villa, in a very very peaceful location with everything you would need.

Beautiful House

We 3 couples enjoyed our stay in the beautiful house Soleada in Lanzarote ! The house has all the amenities a fine stay needs ! Plenty of privacy, pool, spacious rooms etc. The extra service of a private cook was excellent. We highly recommend Soleada.

Amazing 2nd stay at this villa

This was our 2nd stay at Villa Soleada. Previously in 2022 we had come for a week and we really noticed the upgrades the new owners had made to the layout, bathrooms and amenities. We had a fabulous time and Andrea was super responsive and flexible before and during our stay. It really must be one of the best large villas on the island and in a great location. Beautiful Villa, well equipped and great location

We had the pleasure of staying in the puerto calero villa for 9 days in september 2024. The villa is spectacular, with very high levels of equipment such as pool table, Ninja Cooker, Coffee Pod Machine, IPTV and many other great features. All bedrooms upstairs (downstairs not used) were lovely and had A/C and ensuites. The IPTV especially was a great feature and we used it a fair bit to watch sports and cinema released films. The location is lovely and any building work ongoing (across road and also in surrounding area) was barely noticeable outside and not at all noticeable inside.

Great family stay in a fabulous villa

We were a three generation family group (youngest are teenagers) who had a wonderful week in Villa Soleada. The villa is extremely well equipped and presented, with lots to do. Everything was very clean, the digital guide was very helpful and the welcome groceries and drinks were much appreciated. Andrea & Kev promptly answered our questions beforehand and one that came up during our stay. The marina with bars and restaurants (and the small local supermarket) is a 15-20 minute walk - just right for walking off any over-indulgence. La Portena is a great venue for a special meal (we went twice) - expect the meal to take 2.5 - 3 hours and do consider getting Ben to cook a meal at the villa. A little further afield, Rancho Texas is a fun night out and Teguise is well worth visiting. All our party would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Soleada for a large group holiday.

THE PERFECT VENUE TO CREATE A MAGICAL RETREAT

After using the villa previously for events here in Lanzarote I was thrilled to be back for a special retreat with guest who live both here and off the island. The villa is of a super high standard, cleanliness was immaculate, the bedrooms are to a great standard too and all with en suites. The size of the villa makes it perfect for larger groups or smaller would mean it feels super spacious. The swimming pool and hottub were super well looked after and the facilities as a whole were five star. Great ease with booking and the cleaning squad were simply the best making the overall stay here easy and memorable. Ten minute walk if anyone wanted to go down into the marina but just being able to chill out and lap up the sunshine was magical. Cant wait to be back, you will not be disappointed and its the perfect location for a mini retreat, caters and lots of other facilities available upon request when booking too. xxxxxx

Fantastic Villa

Wow! What an amazing villa with fantastic facilities! The rooms were all clean and spacious and no-one had to fight for the bathroom with so many toilets and showers available. The kitchen was very well equipped with great extras such as the air fryer. The bbq outside was also put to good use. Our family had a fantastic holiday, loads to do for everyone from the 5 year old and up. The young adults also enjoyed the villa as much as we did. We all made use of the heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, pool table and table tennis with lots of friendly competitions being held. The harbour isn't far away with shops and restaurants. The restaurants could accomodate 12 people and were friendly and helpful. We bought shopping at Lidl using taxis and walked to get a few food items at the local supermarket at the harbour. Andrea was really helpful, got back to us with all questiins very quickly. Would highly recommend and would love to come back in the future.

Fantastic Holiday!!

We have just returned from our stay at Soleda Escapes in Puerto Calero and what a fantastic time we all had! We were a large group of friends and family celebrating a big birthday and also surprise engagement! Andrea was brilliant throughout the whole process from booking, staying and leaving. All guests were very impressed with the accommodation and services. Not one bad thing to say! Huge memories made for us all and THANK YOU!
