Enjoy breath-taking mountain and sea views from all corners of the Villa, situated in an exclusive area just a short stroll to the famous Puerto Calero Marina.
On the first floor of the villa, there are 4 bedrooms all of which have En-suite bathrooms, three are Queen Beds and one is a twin room. All with modern finishes, good quality furniture and beautiful fixtures with built in storage throughout.
On the Ground floor there are a further 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and the other is a twin, they share a bathroom. There is a living room and dining room also, all benefiting from the natural light that floods through each room.
In addition, there is a Double sofa bed in one of the living rooms Perfect for multiple families or large groups to holiday together.
The décor is modern, well equipped and has everything that you need for a perfect holiday.

The newly installed Air Conditioning in all bedrooms will keep you cool at night.
The outdoor space has lots to offer, with an integrated BBQ and dining area, Hot Tub, lots of outdoor terraces; open and covered, with spaces for entertaining and dining, sunbathing around the vast pool terraces, and of course the private heated salt water chlorinated swimming pool, perfect for a softer swim!
There is a private tennis court, perfect for entertaining guests and having fun as a family. A true touch of class in your own holiday home.
We offer a shopping service for guests in advance, where you can send our property manager a list of what you may need for your stay, and we will get it for you for your arrival.
A welcome pack is provided for all guests which includes the necessities you may need when you arrive.
Complimentary shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet roll, laundry cleaning tablets and general cleaning agents are provided for your stay.
The villa is located in the most exclusive part of Lanzarote – Puerto Calero, a place of beautiful restaurants, bars, boating, designer shopping and more. You can also enjoy a water taxi from Puerto Calero over to Puerto Del Carmen which is the liveliest area of the island. There you will find a huge range of bars, restaurants and shops with beautiful beaches and water sports.

Excellent Value

Not first time in the villa but first time under the new ownership. What a difference, major upgrades all round , from furniture to hot tub. Security system and piping hot water at all times. Excellent communication throughout. Everything screams of excellence. Been coming to Lanzarote for 20 years. And stayed in puerto Calero villas more times than I can count, and in the main under invested and tired , not this property. Let’s hope they can continue to build their business and invest more in calero, not surprised this villa is all booked up for when I want to return Oct and April . Looks like I will need to really plan ahead to enjoy this palace again.

The perfect retreat

Such an amazing villa, great facilities, everything to keep teenagers happy and parents to relax. So nice to have the basics there for you we didn’t even have to go straight out to the super market. We had everything we needed for our few days away just wish it could have been longer. We’re just working out when we can get back there. Thank you

Amazing beautiful villa

The villa is stunning, the outside area is large enough to allow the space for 12 people to relax and enjoy the sun and pool. The facilities in the villa are fabulous. Andrea has made the villa luxurious and extremely comfortable. The little extras such as shower gel make a difference. All in all a wonderful holiday experience. We would also highly recommend using Ben during your stay, he is a fantastic chef.

Fantastic experience

We are a family of 8 adults and 5 children. We spent a week in Villa Soleada. Everything was perfect, exceptionally beautiful villa, luxuriously equipped, nice well heated pool and jacuzzi, perfect home service and close to the harbour Puerto Calero. Andrea was always very helpful. We will come back.
