We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the apartment itself, especially the kitchen and bathroom, and that you appreciated waking up to the beautiful lake and mountain views. We are also very happy that you rated the apartment so highly. We are sorry, however, that the unusually hot weather made the lack of air conditioning more noticeable. As you correctly mentioned, air conditioning is not available and this is indicated in the listing, but we certainly understand that during an exceptionally hot week a fan would have made things more comfortable. We will take this into consideration. Regarding communication, we sincerely apologize if you felt that your messages were not being followed up promptly. We always try to be available and responsive, but we understand that in your case the communication could have been clearer and more consistent. We are particularly sorry about the situation concerning the stairs. Since you had specifically asked about accessibility before booking, we understand why this was important to you. The change from the Library apartment to the Queen apartment should have been explained to you more clearly in advance, particularly given the additional stairs and the uphill access. We completely understand your frustration, and we are sorry that this caused difficulties for your wife. Thank you for pointing this out so clearly. Your feedback is genuinely useful to us, and we will make sure to be much more precise in future when communicating about access, stairs and any changes to the assigned apartment.
