Cranford, a three-storey home has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a utility/cloakroom, a sitting room with electric fire, a second-floor super-king-size with en-suite, a super-king-size (zip/link), a king-size, and a double, serviced by a bathroom. Appliances consist of an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and a wine chiller, and for entertainment, two Smart TVs. Outside there is a front decked garden with furniture, a rear garden with decking, furniture and barbecue, and roadside parking. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, a pub in 0.3 miles, beach in 1.7 miles, and Salcombe Harbour in 0.4 miles. Enjoy Devonshireâs coastline at Cranford. Note: Access is via a flight of external steps, unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafĂ©s and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
