Welcome to Bullocks Farm House, a beautifully preserved 300-year-old home nestled within the historic West Wycombe Estate. Overflowing with timeless charm, this character-filled property offers six spacious bedrooms, countryside views, a rich sense of history and one of kind living experience.
There is a great deal to do nearby including shooting at EJ Churchill, fishing on the estate, visiting the Hell Fire Caves and enjoying the Walled Garden Cafe. (Guests also enjoy discounts when staying at Bullocks Farm House)

Bullocks Farm House offers the following:
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 3 single beds; shares a bathroom with shower and toilet with Bedroom 2.
Bedroom 2: 1 king-size bed; shares a bathroom with Bedroom 1.
Master Bedroom (Bedroom 3): 1 king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and dressing room.
Bedroom 4: 1 king-size bed with ensuite bathroom (bath only).
Bedroom 5: 2 single beds; shares a bathroom with bath, shower, and toilet with Bedroom 6.
Bedroom 6: 2 single beds; shares a bathroom with Bedroom 5.
2 travel cots available.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with pots, pans, chopping board, and essential cooking tools.
Basic supplies: salt, pepper, standard tea bags, UHT long-life milk.
Seating for 8, suitable for dining or as a workspace.
Appliances: oven/cooker, 2 fridges, and a fridge freezer.
Dining Area:
Spacious seating for 8-10 people, suitable for dining or working.
BBQ facilities available.

Bedroom 1 is linked to bedroom 2 with no connecting door
Garden furniture cushions are to be brought into the house overnight
There is CCTV in operation to monitor security across the external areas of the house only
We are unable to give details of our Hosting Holidays Henley direct booking site via third parties
Please note if you have booked directly, 50% of your payment will be taken by card automatically when you make your booking online, the remaining 50% will be collected automatically, 5 days before your check in date.
