The space

You will have access to the entire cottage. Very cost effective for a group of contractors, business travellers, holiday makers or if you are just visiting friends and family. We have made this 2 bed cottage a comfortable and inviting home for you to enjoy. This is 2 storey cottage with the living space, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. There is a private entrance and an enclosed private garden with patio furniture for your use at the back. There are stairs to access the bedrooms and there is a large sofa bed in the living room meaning that Crossrail Cottage might still suit some people who not able to manage the stairs. ⭐️ Living Space - A lovely spacious open plan living space equipped with a smart TV & Netflix so you can stream your favourite movies. You also have complimentary high-speed WiFi and comfortable sofa to kick back and relax. There is a sociable dining area which leads out onto the garden.

⭐️ Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and brand new modern appliances such as microwave, kettle, toaster, tableware, glassware and cutlery. We also provide some of the essentials such as tea making facilities, tea bags, coffee and sugar and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.

⭐️ Bathroom - The bathroom contains a powerful shower over the bath. We even supply the towels for you and your guests in your rooms and complementary handsoap.

⭐️ Bedrooms – Up the stairs you will find 2 comfortable bedrooms. A snug double and a larger family room which has a double bed and a single bed. They give you everything you need for a good night's rest.

⭐️ Garden – there is a lovely private garden with patio furniture for you to enjoy when the weather is nice. Beyond the garden is the railway where you can watch and listen to the Crossrail trains that make this cottage so well-connected go by. It can be quite fun! Some of them are fast and so can be quite loud but rest assured, we have invested in noise cancelling windows so you will not be bothered by them too much when you are inside (unless you are a very light sleeper - back bedroom only). The cottage can accommodate up to 7 people, with plenty of clothes storage, fresh bed linen and towels. The cottage was newly refurbished and kept to a very high standard, providing you with a safe and clean space for living.
