castle and the old town centre. The closest beach is the town beach,
which is 1 kilometer away.
The holiday home is in an ideal
position, a short drive away from the bauxite quarry, the Baia delle
Orte, the Palascia lighthouse, Porto Badisco, Alimini lakes and the
beaches of Frassanito, near Otranto.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Pool available from June to September, off season pool's opening has an extra price of euro 300.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms.
