This cottage is set over three floors and has four bedrooms, a double with en-suite bathroom, a double, a mezzanine double and a single, along with a bathroom, a cloakroom, a kitchen/diner, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, and an external games room. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi, a selection of games, pool table and table tennis table. Outside, there is driveway parking for four cars and a patio, decking, barbecue and furniture. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. A cot, highchair and stairgate are available. One well-behaved dog only, other pets will not be accepted without checking with the owner first. There are steps up into the master bedroom. The external studio can be rented for parties, yoga and other activities via Deanslade Events. In the courtyard there are unlit steps up to the decking area. Please note: This property does not accept one-night stays.
