Brynawel in Burry Port, Carmarthenshire sleeps four guests in two bedrooms (sofa bed sleeping an additional two guests if required).

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a dining area with seating for six guests and a living/dining room with dining seating for six guests, an electric stove-effect fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, sleeping four guests in total, along with a shower room, and the dining room includes a sofa bed to sleep an additional two guests if required. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 1.1 miles, a beach and please note that two small, well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Please note that there are steps to access the lawn and the parking area. Whilst the steps are not particularly steep there is an alternative graduated ramped entrance at the side of the property, perfect for pushchairs and those wanting a level access to the house. A highchair is also available. Brynawel is a lovely base for your next Welsh adventure.

The golf club is renowned for offering all year round sport, no matter what the weather throws at you, and the sandy beach is equally delightful on hot summer, or wild stormy winter days. The harbour is a hive of activity, where you can sit and watch the fishermen return to shore with their fish laden boats. The Millennium Coastal Park with its 22kms of off road cycletrack runs along this beautiful coastline, allowing walkers and cyclists alike to discover one of the most scenic routes in Wales. For the shoppers in your party, Carmarthen is a vibrant shopping centre, with lots of main chain stores plus small, unique Welsh gift shops, lovely restaurants, tea rooms, pubs, a bowling alley and a cinema for film buffs.
