A centrally, wonderful and cozy home in the centre of Pieta !
Upon entering this beautiful apartment, our guests are welcomed with a spacious living space, with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely dining area with access to the first balcony !
Also a new SMART TV has just been installed for extra comfort and 2 sofas for additional relaxation + AC.
The apartment has 3 large bedrooms, this is perfect for short and long stays, especially for work or just group of friends.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever!
Living area| Massive sofa, with TV. A beautiful dining table for all the guests to live in comfort.
Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, 2 bedrooms are with two large double beds whilst the third is equipped with 1 single bed.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and towel's. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms.
Apartment is equipped for long and shorter stays.
Lift available in the common parts.

Pieta is a tranquil residential area that offers a perfect balance between urban convenience and serene surroundings. Located just a stone's throw away from the capital city of Valletta, it provides easy access to the city's vibrant atmosphere while maintaining a peaceful ambiance.
The neighborhood is characterized by its traditional Maltese architecture, with quaint limestone houses lining the streets. As you wander through the narrow alleys, you'll encounter colorful doors, charming balconies adorned with flowers, and a strong sense of local character.
One of Pieta's greatest assets is its stunning waterfront promenade. Take a leisurely stroll along the picturesque marina, enjoying breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the imposing bastions of Valletta. It's the perfect spot to catch a captivating sunset or simply unwind while watching the boats sail by.
Pieta also boasts excellent transport links, making it an ideal base for exploring the island. The neighborhood is well-connected by public buses and has its own ferry terminal, allowing you to easily reach nearby attractions such as Sliema, St. Julian's, and the Three Cities. Whether you're planning to sunbathe on pristine beaches, delve into Malta's fascinating history, or experience the vibrant nightlife, Pieta's central location makes it an excellent starting point.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
EXTRA NOTES:
Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes). If not please note additional cleaning may be charged depending on what we will find.
The toilet system locally is very effective, however if anything other than toilet paper it could result in clogging the system. If this happens charges for repairs will be occurred.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
