A bright and spacious 1 bedroom apartment set within a modern development in central Preston. The interior has been tastefully finished, with modern appliances and furnishings, and has more than enough space for up to 2 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay in a home away from home. Located in the heart of the city just a short walk from the shops restaurants and bars, this is the ideal base for your stay in Preston.
The Space:
The apartment has been kitted out with contemporary furnishings and features all the home comforts you could need for a comfortable stay. There is a spacious double bedroom, a modern bathroom with complimentary towels and toiletries and a lovely open plan living space with a fully fitted kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home. There's a dining table so you can sit and enjoy your meals, a comfortable sofa for you to unwind and watch movies on the smart Tv, as well as free Wifi throughout the apartment. Towels and toiletries are provided at the beginning of your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the property.
The Neighborhood:
Situated on a quiet street but still in a central area of Preston, the main Fishergate shopping centre, along with an array of bars, cafes and restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk away. Just 10 minutes walk in the other direction will take you to the River Ribble, perfect for a scenic stroll along the riverbank and up to Miller and Avenham Parks.
Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, most of the city is accessible on foot. There are also local bus services leaving from the end of the road. The main train station is only a 10 minute walk away, and has rail links throughout the UK. For those travelling by car, Preston is a relatively easy city to drive in and parking is also included at the property. Both the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks are just an hours drive away.
Other Things to Note:
Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of ÂŁ10/hr will be applicable.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
