The apartment is set in private grounds. Generous gardens around the property and in front of the unit leading down to a picket fence with garden gate providing you with resident access to Esplanade Road then down to the beach.

Private car parking is available for guests and is included in the booking.

Important note for Surfers & Sports enthusiasts:

This refurbished apartment can not accommodate any sports equipment. We can not offer any storage inside or outside the flat of Surfboards, Bicycles, Kayaks, SUP's etc. If your holiday includes bringing or renting any sports equipment you will need to organise independent storage external to the apartment at the rental company or store the equipment inside your own vehicle. There are many alternative accommodation options in the Newquay area that are equipped to store your sports equipment as part of your holiday.
