Villa Petrillo is located in the heart of Irpinia, an area which, with its large and varied potential, is emerging in the tourist landscape of Campania. Villa Petrillo fits into this rural context with yet unexpressed potential like a small gem, an oasis of peace and relaxation that pampers guests with its essential style, with its design furnishings and its comforts. Originally an old country house, it was totally renovated in contemporary key in 2022 and today it is equipped with the most modern technologies and elegant furnishings. Home automation and smart features help make guests' stays more comfortable and convenient. The essential-style furnishings combined with the choice of white and the large windows bestow on the house an out of the ordinary brightness and elegance. At the entrance, the living area welcomes you into a cosy refined area communicating with the dining area and the fully-equipped kitchen of elegant design. Both the living area and the dining and kitchen area have direct outside access. The villa has three double bedrooms on the first floor as well as a handy and well-equipped laundry room. A little gem available to guests is the cellar located under the veranda which is accessed via an automated wooden hatch and internal stairs. The swimming pool is located in front of the veranda, at a slightly lower level than the villa, and allows you to enjoy the beautiful view of the typical Irpinia countryside, characterised by cultivated fields, vineyards, woods and little towns perched on the hills. About 5 minutes away is Mirabella Eclano, an ancient town which has partly kept its medieval appearance, with a beautiful church, Santa Maria Maggiore, and a rich tradition of folk festivals. In the districts of Pianopantano and Calore, about 4 minutes from the villa, are shops for basic necessities, bars and restaurants that will delight visitors with the food and wine specialties of the area.
Interior:
The villa has 2 floors connected by an internal staircase. The main entrance leads to the welcoming living area with sofas, smart TV, relaxation corner and direct access to the veranda via a sliding French window, followed by the open-plan dining area and kitchen with central island. The kitchen is fully equipped and well connected by a French window to the outdoor area, consisting of a veranda with dining area. A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor, in front of the stairs up to the first floor. A small cellar, skilfully created under the veranda and accessible via an automated wooden hatch and internal stairs, is reached directly from the veranda. The sleeping area on the first floor consists of three double bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet and access to the terrace furnished with a small sofa and outdoor table, a laundry room with direct access out to the terrace and a bathroom with shower and double basin. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
Park:
The park around the villa (enclosed with a fence and hedges) covers about 1 hectare of slightly hilly terrain and includes many tree and flower species typical of this hilly area of Irpinia: old oaks and olive trees, fruit trees that have always characterised this area such as mulberry, sorb, fig, medlar, Annurca apple, and then oleanders, roses, rosemary, pittosporum and laurel. Immediately after the main entrance gate is a wooden pergola with 2 covered parking spaces. Going around the house we come to the furnished veranda, adjacent to the dining area and the kitchen for alfresco lunches and dinners with a view of the typically hilly Irpinia countryside. From here an elegantly designed entrance leads to the small cellar created under the veranda. The swimming pool is located at a slightly lower level and is easily accessible down 6 steps of Irpinia stone, about 12 m from the villa. It is equipped with sunbeds, an umbrella, a comfortable sofa and a small table.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located about 10 m from the villa, at a slightly lower level. Rectangular and measuring 6 x 12 m with the depth varying from 1.4 to 2 m, it has chlorine purification and Roman steps for access to the water. The solarium, partly paved and partly lawn, is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and sofas with a small table. It is available to guests from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
Pets: Yes. € 50,00 per animal per week.
