Villa Karla is an exceptional accommodation for 4 people located of a total of 3 private villas located in Las Moraditas, one of the quietest and most exclusive areas in Adeje, in southern Tenerife. The quietness of the natural environment surrounding the property, together with the breathtaking panoramic views over the southern part of the island and the neighbouring islands of La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma, make this an idyllic enclave to enjoy a unique and unforgettable stay. Villa Karla is located just 10km away from the main tourist spots of the south of the island, as well as from the main shopping centers and water parks, such as SIAM MALL and SIAM PARK, recently catalogued the latter as the best water park in the world. A wide range of gastronomic, commercial and leisure facilities is just a few minutes' drive from the accommodation. Villa Karla consists of a single floor distributed in living room, fully equipped kitchen-dining room, two bedrooms with double bed, the main one being equipped with en suite bathroom, a separate second bathroom and laundry room with washing machine. The house has been built with great detail, obeying to a modern-colonial style which provides it a special charm. Already outside the property we shall find a reception porch with sofa and outdoor table, private heated pool, large terrace with solarium and sunbeds, and a private barbecue area with fantastic views over the sea and the west side islands. In addtion the property offers permanent internet connection via WIFI, Satellite TV and private parking space within the complex.

Route from Airport Reina Sofia:
- Once you've obtained your rental car or kind of vehicle, leave the parking place and follow the main road exiting the airport.
- Once out of the airport, drive in direction to Los Cristianos through highway number TF1 (blue banner)
- Keep heading straight for 21 km.
- Take exit number 81 (Blue banner).
- Take 1st exit in roundabout direction to Atalaya Street and continue straight for 400 m.
- Next roundabout, take 2nd exit direction to Camino de las Moraditas and continue for 1.7 km.
- First turn on the right to Camino de La Suerte Arriba and continue 280 m.
- After 280m, first turn on the right direction to Camino del Repicado and continue 800m.
- You've reached your destination!

We can arrange parking for your vehicle. We’ll guide you to the parking space when you arrive.

IT'S COMPULSORY TO PROVIDE PASSPORTS OF ALL MEMBERS OF THE GROUP AT CHECK-IN.
