One double ensuite bedroom with a beautiful sea view and a direct exit to the pool terrace is set on the ground floor, together with an open-plan living and dining area, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a laundry room, and a guest toilet. Four other bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa, and they are all sea-oriented.

It also features a private gym, a sauna, and a game room with table tennis in the basement. Private parking is available for the guests.
