Le meilleur emplacement dans la ville! J'ai essayé d'acheter une maison dans la batterie pendant des années et j'ai finalement trouvé ce front de mer, une batterie extérieure de 5 ans exceptionnelle! 2 lits et 2 salles de bains de plus de 1700 pieds carrés et un emplacement incroyable ... Ouvrir plan et vues de l'endroit pour rester .... Février 2016, Conde Nast Traveler a appelé le Village Outer Battery l'un des «plus beaux endroits au Canada ... ". Ils ont continué à dire "... Sunny yellow, rouge cerise, bleu turquoise-St. Les maisons de Johns en matiÚre de pop-art, connues sous le nom de Jellybean Row, ont l'air particuliÚrement inspirantes dans les falaises de ce quartier cÎtier paisible en plein air juste à l'extérieur du centre-ville ... "

Nous sommes littĂ©ralement les Ă©tapes de la piste pour marcher vers le parc national Signal Hill et avoir d'autres sentiers pĂ©destres avec un accĂšs Ă©troit au systĂšme de sentier urbain Grand Concourse. À 5 minutes du centre-ville en voiture et Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied. Il a un pont avec vue panoramique sur le port et Ă  voir.

C'est le meilleur emplacement dans la ville et un excellent point de départ pour profiter de cette incroyable province!

Parafise by the Water

This property is truly a piece of paradise right on the water. The host is incredibly kind and understanding and we wanted for nothing. Strongly encourage you to visit this property. Just also advise that you be very mobile, as there are several hills when you are out walking. We all just loved staying here!

Might just be the most beautiful rental in St. John's. On the harbour. Boast and harbour lights.

Very comfortable living room dining room and kitchen for our group of 4 and our 4 guests for thanksgiving dinner. Would totally love to stay there again.

Great location with wonderful decks and ocean view!

Roomy, clean and very comfortable home right on the water with dinning and lounging views of the harbour. Close to downtown and walking paths. An excellent experience of life in St. John's!

Great Location

Well equipped house with an excellent view of the harbour. If you are renting a car, make sure you book a small to midsize vehicle, parking is interesting!

This property is amazing! Unbeatable views steeped in history surrounded by beautiful people/neighbours. Can't beat the position; the home is so well equipped and super comfortable you need for nothing. Parking and driving the narrow lanes was an experience but everyone was patient. Loved watching all the passing vessels go by. Really feel that this was our best experience of St. Johns. Thank you Patricia

Look no further!

We just had a wonderful 4 night stay at this waterfront property. The location and amenities can’t be beat. It’s easy to get to from the airport; it’s at the start of the most popular hike in St. John’s and also easy to walk to downtown. Small parking space for your rental car. The house is VERY well stocked with everything we could have needed. This property and it’s owner offer amazing value for money and we would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks for everything!

We did not make it to Newfoundland! Nobody stayed!

Unfortunately we didn't make it to your property. Our flight from Waterloo International airport was about to land in st.johns when he decided it was too foggy and flew us back to Waterloo. 12 hours on a plane to end up right back where we started. We lost our transportation also, no cars to be found on the island to rent. I reached out to VRBO try and cancel our stay but I have not received a response Some sort of refund would be nice as we never even entered said property. Yours truly, Christine

A great location with a spectacular view overlooking St John’s harbour! The accommodations were excellent with all the amenities and very clean! Driveway is a little tight so be sure to have a compact or midsize vehicle. We would definitely recommend this a must stay!! Thanks!

The place is great and the pictures don't do the views justice. You have 180 degree views of the harbor from the kitchen out to the deck.As noted, parking is tight. It's easy, but hilly, walk into town.

Unser Haus lag direkt am natĂŒrlichen Hafen und hatte zwei schöne Terrassen, die direkt am Wasser lagen. Was wir nicht bedachten, dass im Hafen auch nachts Ladung gelöscht wird und es dann sehr laut werden kann. Das Appartement lag zudem sehr zentral, so dass man alle SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Es war gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohlgefĂŒhlt. Allerdings hatte ein Schlafzimmer nur ein Doppelbett vonn1,20 m und das dritte Schlafzimmer war, da sehr eng und ohne Fenster, nicht nutzbar. Das sollte man bei der Buchung beachten.

I cycled across the country and staying at this home was like finding Shangri-La. It’s better than advertised. Mornings and evenings were spent on the patio overlooking the harbour watching ships go by and looking for whales. The dining table offered the same view. The shower was excellent (and much needed) and the two main bedrooms also looked out on the water and were great. The proximity to Signal Hill and its incredible hike (as judged by the popularity and steady stream of hikers) is an added bonus. Yes, the final bit of road is narrow and the parking is tight; some may find it a challenge but it was fine for me. Thanks for an awesome time!

The property couldn't have been in a more beautiful place! To wake up every morning, open the door and be "on the water" at the mouth of St. John's harbor was AMAZING!Very clean, VERY well stocked in the kitchen. The bed was more comfortable than my own. We loved getting up and, being a very short walk from the trailhead, take the scenic trail up to Signal Hill. Wow!Thank you Pat for sharing your home with us!

This would be definitely one of the best hidden gems we have found! We absolutely loved this place: the view is breathtaking and the location couldn’t be better. Highly recommended stay! We’ll be back soon!

Once in a lifetime experience of St. John's!

Our stay at Patricia's Luxury Waterfront Home at the bottom of Signal Hill more than exceeded our expectations! The two decks were the most amazing place to sit and relax in the morning / evening with full panoramic views of the harbour & inlet which can also be seen and enjoyed from the bright & clean upstairs kitchen & family room. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee & tea plus all the pots and pans you might need for cooking. The two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with waterfront views. (Our kids, ages 9 & 10, found the 3rd bedroom/den a little claustrophobic and opted to share the 2nd bedroom.) As others remarked, the street access to the house and driveway are VERY narrow - I wouldn't suggest arriving in the dark as it could be a real challenge. The location is perfect if you also enjoy hiking up Signal Hill to take in the breathtaking views along the coast. Thank you Patricia for being such a gracious host - we hope to come back again!

I was only looking to buy on this street so it took forever to appraiser wrote in his report that it may be the best location in St. John's and I have to agree. Amazing location, neighbours and all amenities nearby
