Le meilleur emplacement dans la ville! J'ai essayé d'acheter une maison dans la batterie pendant des années et j'ai finalement trouvé ce front de mer, une batterie extérieure de 5 ans exceptionnelle! 2 lits et 2 salles de bains de plus de 1700 pieds carrés et un emplacement incroyable ... Ouvrir plan et vues de l'endroit pour rester .... Février 2016, Conde Nast Traveler a appelé le Village Outer Battery l'un des «plus beaux endroits au Canada ... ". Ils ont continué à dire "... Sunny yellow, rouge cerise, bleu turquoise-St. Les maisons de Johns en matière de pop-art, connues sous le nom de Jellybean Row, ont l'air particulièrement inspirantes dans les falaises de ce quartier côtier paisible en plein air juste à l'extérieur du centre-ville ... "

Nous sommes littéralement les étapes de la piste pour marcher vers le parc national Signal Hill et avoir d'autres sentiers pédestres avec un accès étroit au système de sentier urbain Grand Concourse. À 5 minutes du centre-ville en voiture et à 10 minutes à pied. Il a un pont avec vue panoramique sur le port et à voir.

C'est le meilleur emplacement dans la ville et un excellent point de départ pour profiter de cette incroyable province!

This property has beautiful on the water views and is great for hiking. The accommodation has everything you would need for a very comfortable place to stay.

St. John’s waterfront and character location

Great view of harbour, convenient location for downtown, Quidi Vidi and Signal Hill. Nice place to stay.

A wonderful vacation cottage

We had a terrific stay at this cottage. It was well-equipped and was located in a wonderful location. It was hot during at stay in St John’s but the ocean breezes cooled us while we sat on the deck. Highly recommended!

great place!

we really enjoyed staying here. just sitting out on the deck and watching the Harbour was great. walk to town didnt take long. the place was very clean and had everything you would need.we felt we couldn't have picked a better place to enjoy our time in st.johns.

Might just be the most beautiful rental in St. John's. On the harbour. Boast and harbour lights.

Very comfortable living room dining room and kitchen for our group of 4 and our 4 guests for thanksgiving dinner. Would totally love to stay there again.

This property is fantastic. The view of the harbour and many cruise and other ships is amazing! All four of us loved everything about this place and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to St. John’s!

Wonderful views

This is very comfortable accommodation in an historic location with fabulous views of the St. John’s harbour. Well appointed, charming house close to Signal Hill, Quidi Vidi and downtown. Very friendly neighbors. We enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing stay! I loved the location and it had everything we needed.

Great views and access to hiking trails. Neighbors are amazing. Interior has all been redone and is beautiful. Pictures don't do it justice.

Well equipped house with an excellent view of the harbour. If you are renting a car, make sure you book a small to midsize vehicle, parking is interesting!

A weekend in the Battery

This was an excellent location if you’re looking for some waterfront relaxation with a short albeit hilly walk to St.Johns. Great location for some spectacular hiking as well. We are hoping to come back again. Everything was perfect. :)

When we entered the property we were thrilled with the cosy clean feel of the home. We stayed 8 nights and enjoyed it thoroughly. Water views from every angle. The home is very well equipped and the pics do not do this place justice. Its paradise. Only bit of stress was getting the car in and out of the area for a small stretch that is only one lane. Parking was no issue. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing experience steeped in history surrounded by unbeatable views

This property is amazing! Unbeatable views steeped in history surrounded by beautiful people/neighbours. Can't beat the position; the home is so well equipped and super comfortable you need for nothing. Parking and driving the narrow lanes was an experience but everyone was patient. Best of both worlds

This little gem on the Outer Battery provided an oasis from busy downtown St. John’s. On the path to Signal hill, a hiker’s dream. A 14 minute walk to Water and Duckworth. Relax in the deck and watch the ships sail through the Narrows aon their way to the Harbour. Well equipped kitchen, spacious and bright.

Look no further!

We just had a wonderful 4 night stay at this waterfront property. The location and amenities can’t be beat. It’s easy to get to from the airport; it’s at the start of the most popular hike in St. John’s and also easy to walk to downtown. Small parking space for your rental car. The house is VERY well stocked with everything we could have needed. This property and it’s owner offer amazing value for money and we would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks for everything!

We made the right choice

Stay here if you are looking for a rental in the Battery! The house is gorgeous the pictures do not do it justice. A fully equipped home it had everything we needed. We didn't rent a car we took Jiffy taxi (highly recommend). Lots of hills but if I can do it anyone can🙂 within walking distances of restaurants, Vu and the Fish Exchange were our favorites. Seniors Enjoying Harbour View from our 2 Decks

Our VRBO rental was an exceptional new home situated on the Harbour. From the 2 decks, you can watch fishing boats, cruise ships, Oceanex Ships, and sailing boats. Situated on the famous Signal Hill Trail. The house is outstanding!! With updated black washer and dryer (a beauty to use). Seagulls hatching on the rocks below. Owner and cleaners readily available for any question. Neighbours Ches and Flo truly the real Newfoundlanders.

Once in a lifetime experience of St. John's!

Our stay at Patricia's Luxury Waterfront Home at the bottom of Signal Hill more than exceeded our expectations! The two decks were the most amazing place to sit and relax in the morning / evening with full panoramic views of the harbour & inlet which can also be seen and enjoyed from the bright & clean upstairs kitchen & family room. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee & tea plus all the pots and pans you might need for cooking. The two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with waterfront views. (Our kids, ages 9 & 10, found the 3rd bedroom/den a little claustrophobic and opted to share the 2nd bedroom.) As others remarked, the street access to the house and driveway are VERY narrow - I wouldn't suggest arriving in the dark as it could be a real challenge. The location is perfect if you also enjoy hiking up Signal Hill to take in the breathtaking views along the coast. Thank you Patricia for being such a gracious host - we hope to come back again!

We did not make it to Newfoundland! Nobody stayed!

Unfortunately we didn't make it to your property. Our flight from Waterloo International airport was about to land in st.johns when he decided it was too foggy and flew us back to Waterloo. 12 hours on a plane to end up right back where we started. We lost our transportation also, no cars to be found on the island to rent. I reached out to VRBO try and cancel our stay but I have not received a response Some sort of refund would be nice as we never even entered said property. Yours truly, Christine

I was only looking to buy on this street so it took forever to appraiser wrote in his report that it may be the best location in St. John's and I have to agree. Amazing location, neighbours and all amenities nearby
