This beautifully maintained complex offers a decked pool area with sun loungers, parasols and a disabled chair into the pool. The secure, gated community offers garage parking and a gym. This luxury apartment offers free WiFi and hot and cold air conditioning.
The spacious lounge/diner is light and airy and is furnished to a high standard with the lounge featuring a large sofa and a 76¨smart TV with International channels. There is a dining area with table and 6 chairs. The dining area leads out onto the large terrace, which is fitted with lounge seating area, sunbeds and a dining table and chairs. The modern, open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a large kitchen island and also has a separate utility room.
The master bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes and has an ensuite shower room with walk in shower. The master bedroom leads out onto the terrace. The second and third bedrooms benefit from twin beds, fitted wardrobes and share access to the guest shower room with walk in shower.
