Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Beach Safety

The beach and Lake Balaton are public areas and are not supervised by the accommodation. Children must remain under adult supervision near the water at all times. Guests should observe local notices, weather warnings, and beach regulations.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible, subject to availability.

We provide a starter supply of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing supplies. Once these items have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing anything else required for the remainder of their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
