George Strait Weekend Getaway

Would like to thank Debra for a great stay. Everything was as described and everything possibly needed for a great stay was provided. Me and my wife stayed here January 30 to February 2 and both of us agreed we wouldn’t have a problem staying here again. Debra was great to work with answering any questions we had and in a timely manner. It’s more of a quite place to stay while in Vegas but not away from any of the action. It’s about a 5 min walk to be in the MGM casino all covered area and shops along the way. In about 10 mins you can be on the strip unless of course you stop and play. Hope to be back soon.....Thanks again

Value?

Really liked the location and overall property. Was not impressed with cleanliness of the specific unit. It was dusty and the appliances, mirrors and windows had smudges and some of the drawers and cupboards and under bed stuffed with a lot of "stuff." With taxes and fees at $300/night, I had a bit higher expectation.

Long weekend in Vegas

Everything was perfect ! The condo is stocked with all the little things that you might forget. It was great to be able to make breakfast in the room I had family staying in another suite without a balcony, we enjoyed drinks on the balcony before going out for the evening The owner is always available for contact and makes sure your stay is perfect. Great location, facilities and well appointed suite!

We just spent 3 nights at this vacation rental and were overwhlemed with the little touches available in the room. Debra has thought of everything making it easy to prep breakfast or lunch. The room is super spacious and nicely decorated, the bathroom is huge and the deep jetted tub a treat for those long days walking around the town. The property is great with free valet parking and the lazy river was a real treat plus the unit has a couple of tubes available. It is easy enough to walk over to the MGM using the people mover and easy access to the monorail. With no extra charge for resort fee this has to be one of the best deals you’ll find. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again and will recommend it to friends. The owner was really communicative and great to deal with.

Best Value for the Location

Had a great stay! Beautiful condo on the strip. It had a large balcony with table and chairs. A kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave so we could cook a few things. Really enjoyed the large jacuzzi tub. Will definitely refer this to friends and family.

Definitely Staying Here Anytime We Come To Vegas

Hassle free and amazing stay! We stayed for 4 nights and plan to return here in a few months. All amenities were provided, kitchen came in handy and Cal King was clutch! Room was very clean, valet was quick and a Starbucks is conveniently located in the lobby. Overall suite trip!

Perfect Place

We stayed here for 5 nights, and the experience could not have been better. We come to Vegas once or twice a year and have stayed at all the major hotels. This unit competes with all of them at a fraction of the price. Plenty of room inside, great bathroom, kitchen and fridge, GREAT balcony and view, and easy access to the MGM. In fact, since this unit is in Tower 1, MGM pool is closer here than in most of the MGM rooms themselves. We dealt directly with the owner, who was very nice and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT.

Met every expectation

From the moment that we booked, Debra was very quick to reply to emails. I was a little hesitant because I had never rented through VRBO. The suite is very nice and clearly well taken care of. Though there isn't anyone that comes around to clean while you are there, you wouldn't need it. There are so many towels, etc that you are set for a long time. (Side note- there aren't many hooks to dry towels so we ended up using more towels than we would normally. Sorry Debra!) The kitchen has all of the 'tools' that you may need. The balcony and view are nice. Not loud at all. The bathroom is amazing. So great. The staff at the hotel are so so so kind. I never encountered a single rude person. I did use Valet for two days (free of charge) and they were so prompt and nice. They have about 6 people waiting there to assist you. The pool area is very clean. We used the pool at MGM one day (lazy river) and it was fun. We used the Tower 1 pool because it was an adults only. Tower 2 and 3 are family friendly. I had friends stay in Tower 3. It is a very close walk. It seems far but not more than a few minutes if you use the halls/tunnel. Hotel is about a block and a half away from the strip. (Note: if you get in late at night and are hungry in the am, go to Miracle Mile shops. Good food and cheap! Only a block away) I truly can't say enough good things about this place. Thanks for the great stay!

Amazing condo!

We stayed here for a long weekend. The location was amazing. I especially loved the valet parking! The condo itself was amazing. No expense was spared and we didn't lack for anything. I highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Las Vegas.

Can't say enough about this place

Having been to Vegas numerous times, I finally decided to try out a rental as opposed to a hotel booking. I rented this unit for New Years Eve and couldn't have been more pleased. Despite flight delays, Pam was flexible and accommodating when it came to meeting us at the property upon arrival. Not only was the price reasonable, but the unit was huge! I highly recommend this property to anybody traveling to Vegas.

This listing is amazing, and we'll worth the money

I rented this room for a 4 night stay for my birthday, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. This room has EVERYTHING you need plus more. My favorite amenitiy was the more than reasonable priced mini bar. We saved a lot of money purchasing alcohol through the owner vs the hotel or even places on the strip. Pam was very accommodating and answered all my questions. I will definitely try staying here before I go anywhere else my next trip to Vegas. Love love love it!

Exemplary owner, unit and location!

I've stayed at the Signature in the past, but this was by far my best experience. I must state that the initial deposit process concerned me but seeing how there were so many positive reviews and the fact that this owner/unit has been on VRBO for so many years I decided to give it a try. The owner, answered every single question that I had. Even provided additional options of things in the area to do/see. The unit...Tower 1 with a nice view of part of the strip. You also have a kitchenette as well which I loved. Easy access to the strip through the MGM...so you don't have to pay MGM prices. It really does have great value. There isn't anything that I can say about this unit that hasn't already been said. I came for a guys weekend and it suited my needs perfectly. You can even have additional housekeeping if you need. All in all, I was able to rest and relax....take runs up along the strip, and also easily get to anywhere via taxi/uber/lyft from the lobby of Tower 1. I could not ask for anything more. Thanks again!

Fantastic Accommodation

Our first booking through VBRO, booking from the UK. Easy booking process, direct with the owner who answered all of our questions quickly. This apartment is fantastic, so clean, spacious and everything that's needed (and more) is provided, including full size bath products. Located in Tower 1, with strip view and easy access through the MGM to the strip. Lovely and relaxing to come back each night after a hectic day. We really enjoyed our time here so we will definitely look to book this apartment again.

I can't wait to stay here again!!!!!!!!!!!

This suite is exactly as depicted in the photos. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location after walking & enjoying the busy strip. It is very quiet which makes for a restful sleep. The host is friendly and communication was good. I HIGHLY recommend this suite to everyone and I will definitely be booking from this host again!!!
