About this space
Beautifully restored, red brick townhouse with 4 Bedrooms; on doorstep of Botanic Gardens (the best park in Belfast!). Just 9 min walk to Queens Uni and 2 min walk from the amazing eateries and cafes of Stranmillis. Even though you are beside these amazing places you are still only a 20 min walk / 7 min bus ride to the city centre. The house itself is recently renovated with all mod cons and situated in a beautiful leafy area of Belfast. Looking for convenience and comfort? Tick and Tick!

The townhouse
Beautiful townhouse with four bedrooms (one king, three doubles) and two bathrooms and built in traditional Belfast red brick.
Completely refurbished to make it perfect for guests whether staying for 2 nights or 2 weeks.
Fantastic indoor/outdoor living with beautiful back garden and patio area complete with outdoor furniture.
We provide all the amenities you need and more - plush sofas and seating in living room, desk to work from, large television with access to all major streaming services (personal accounts required), full size kitchen, large dining table, all kitchen utensils, very comfy beds. We also provide fresh hotel style white linen and fluffy towels for each guest as well as a selection of shampoo and body wash.
The Area
Located on a side, tree-lined street off Stranmillis area you will find yourself in one of Belfast's most convenient locations, regardless for your reason for visiting. A 2 minute walk will take you to Stranmillis village which has endless amounts of eateries and cafes (we recommend Kanto for delicious Asian and Bob & Berts for coffee) and you are on the doorstep of award winning Botanic Gardens which is a beautiful place for a morning or evening stroll (make sure to visit the huge greenhouses
You will find yourself just 7 minutes by bus from all the fun of the city centre.
Getting Around
For traveling further afield we would advise you to have a car for ease of getting around (especially if you want to visit more remote sections). If however you plan to stay local, very convenient buses are frequent and take you all the way into the city centre and. Belfast is however very walkable and if possible we recommend this way as its a great way to see all the different neighborhoods!

**Our house is not for parties so please do not book if that is your intention.
Also there should be no extra guests at any time without express permission. Any infractions and stay will be cancelled immediately with no refund as per the terms and conditions. This is a residential area that we care about so we have to be strict on this.**

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
