Svala Apartments consists of eight beautiful apartments on 3 floors, located on Laugavegur, Reykjavík’s main shopping street. All the apartments are modern and have everything you might need to make your stay luxurious and comfortable.



The Space:

Svala Apartments have two large studio apartments. These modern apartments are large studios and comfortably sleep four persons. The studios are 41 square meters and splits into two sleeping areas, a fully-equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. Bed linens and towels are included.



Guest Access:

Check in at your own convenience with our simple self-check-in process. Check-in details will be sent via email before arrival, and support is available 24/7 if needed.



The Neighborhood:

Located on the main shopping street, the apartments are close by to every attraction of Downtown Reykjavik including the Rainbow street, the famous Hallgrímskirkja Church, not far from the Harbour.



Other Things to Note:

These are self service and self check-in apartments.

Baby cot, baby chair and additional cleaning can be requested.
