- Enter through a side door into the welcoming hallway.
- Utility area with washing machine and dryer.
- Family bathroom featuring bath, shower, WC, and wash basin.
- Bedroom 1: Two single beds, clothes storage, and wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
- Spacious south-facing open-plan living-dining-kitchen area.
- Fully fitted kitchen with ample storage, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and American-style fridge-freezer.
- Living area with comfy L-shaped sofa, easy chair, and dining table for six.
- Stairs lead to the first floor.
First Floor:
- Bedroom 2: South-facing double with king-size bed, balcony, outdoor table and chairs, easy chair, clothes storage, and study desk.
- Bedroom 3: Child-friendly twin room with two single beds; hallway room with sliding door and limited headroom.
