Cosy 3 Bedroom House on Cornish estate with pool

Enjoy everything Cornwall has to offer! Spend your days discovering the beaches, fishing villages and wild moorland.  Adults and children alike will enjoy attractions such as the Eden Project, Historic houses and the Bodmin/ Wenford steam train.

Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local.  You'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The house is a perfect place to relax, including televisions and internet access.


There are 3 bedrooms, which can comfortably sleep 6.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a king-size double bed and a sunny balcony with table and chairs, perfect for an evening drink overlooking the stream
In the bedroom next door there are twin beds.
Downstairs there is the third bedroom with twin beds.

Each bed has a firm sprung mattress with a 10cm feather soft topper.
All beds will be made up ready for you with 2 pillows for each bed.



There are 2 bathrooms. Downstairs  has a walk-in shower, a toilet and sink. The upstairs bathroom has a bath with overhead electric shower, toilet and sink. Towels are provided for stays of more than 3 days, and you will need to bring towels for swimming. The pool is free and you need to book a session at Reception.

Outside you have a large paved patio surrounded by communal lawned grounds. The patio is furnished with wooden table and chairs plus a parasol to provide shade. It is South facing so plenty of light and (hopefully) sunshine. Beside the lodge runs the stream, ( well fenced off) so you have the gentle sound of running water and visits from ducks, rabbits and very bold jackdaws !

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.  Smoking is not allowed.  There is free parking at the property. Pets are allowed at the property at an extra charge.
