HOUSE RULES:
Security Deposits - The security deposit is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
âą No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
âą No charges are incurred due to illegal activity, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
âą All debris, food waste, rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bin, and soiled dishes and kitchenware are cleaned or placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
âą All keys are left on the kitchen island and unit is left locked.
âąLights are switched off and windows are closed and locked throughout.
âą Furniture is left in the same position as it was at the beginning of stay.
âą All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
âą No linens are lost or damaged.
âą No early arrival or late departure (unless by prior arrangement).
âą The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
âą This is a NON SMOKING property. Smoking will incur a minimum charge of ÂŁ50.
âą PETS - PETS are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
âą Appropriate use of bedlinen - any additional cleaning for items such as duvets, pillows and mattresses which are soiled as a result of the guest failing to use the appropriate covers will result in the guest being charged for additional cleaning.
âą FALSIFIED BOOKINGS â Any booking obtained under false pretence will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
âą NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE â While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate of ÂŁ15 per hour. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property.
âą Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing by the local authority; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
âą DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or wipes should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to three hundred pounds (ÂŁ300).
âą If the amount of monies that the Homeowner is entitled to deduct from the Deposit exceeds the amount held as the Deposit, the Homeowner may require you to pay that additional sum to the Homeowner, within 14 days of you receiving a request in writing.
âą Homeowner or any person authorised by the Homeowner may, at short notice, and at reasonable times of the day (unless in the case of an emergency) enter the Property for the purpose of viewing, inspecting its condition and state of repair or for the purpose of repair, maintenance or repainting.
âą Homeowner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur while on the premises.
âą Actions or failures of the renter which result in the Homeowner (or one of their representatives) having to perform a task or make an unscheduled journey to the apartment or elsewhere will incur a minimum charge of ÂŁ20 â examples of this include but are not limited to: losing keys, locking oneself out of flat, providing luggage storage facility before check-in is possible etc.
âą Missing items especially UMBRELLAS or INTERNATIONAL PLUG ADAPTERS will incur a minimum replacement fee of ÂŁ10 per item.
âą ADDITIONAL CHARGES -
âą Banking, credit card and currency exchange fees (if any) incurred as result of transfer of any monies are to be borne by tenant.
