The living room features a smart TV and comfy sofas, where you can relax and watch your favourite shows after a long day of sightseeing. The area has a large window that lets in a lot of sunlight that brightens up the space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to cook a delicious meal. There's also a washing machine and ironing equipment available for your use. If you wish to dine in, there's a kitchen dining area that is big enough for four people, including an extendable kitchen table designed for more people than that.
The 2 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces for your belongings.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up including fresh towels and free toiletries.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Situated in a residential street in the highly sought-after Bruntsfield, the flat is well-served by cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and boutiques as well as the Meadows playing fields for walking, running and outdoor sports and classes. A Sainsbury's local supermarket is close by, as well as a fishmonger and a butcher's shop etc. The flat is also within easy reach (by foot or public transport) of the city centre and the Old Town of Edinburgh with all of its sites of interest.
Central Edinburgh is walkable, but Bruntsfield Place which bisects Viewforth (and is less than 50 metres from the flat) has a very good and varied bus service which connects to all parts of the city.
The Haymarket train station is just an 18-minute walk from the apartment.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at a minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
