Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and for entertainment, a Smart TV, DVD player, books and games. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear courtyard with seating and barbecue, seating to the front, along with allocated parking for one car. Within 0.4 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub, and within 1.1 miles, a beach. Please note, this property welcomes two small, well-behaved dogs, but is non-smoking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent, along with two stairgates. Bring your loved ones from a memorable stay in Cornwall at 18 Sarahs View.
