In the village of LAGHETTO, inserted in a quiet and residential context, there is our splendid Villa, ideal for spending a pleasant and relaxing holiday on the lake. From the villa it is possible to easily reach some services on foot or by bicycle, including a tobacco bar and a pizzeria just 5 minutes away, as well as the beautiful “Baia di Piona” beach (10 minutes on foot), near which there are also two excellent typical restaurants. On the beach you will find a nice kiosk where you can have fresh drinks, ice creams and snacks during your day on the beach.
The center of Colico and the Piazza del Lago (Piazza Garibaldi) are only 2.5 km away (about 20 minutes on foot or 10 by bicycle). From the Bay of Piona starts a beautiful pedestrian street between the fields that connects the Laghetto area with the center of Colico (Via dei Ciac).
The house of about 120 square meters is arranged over three levels; on the ground floor we find a bright living area with open kitchen and overlooking the terrace that looks towards the pool.

At the pool level, large studio flat sleeping 2 (single bed with pull-out bed that makes it double), kitchen and bathroom with shower; the studio flat has an independent entrance and has direct access to the courtyard and private swimming pool.

In the spacious courtyard you will have a magnificent private swimming pool equipped with deck chairs, a BBQ area, a large table with chairs, to better spend your days in the sun, relaxation, and company.

Nearby, the splendid beach of Piona Bay at about 700m, bar-tobacconist's at a few minutes' walk, 2 restaurants at about 700m.

From Colico you can quickly reach the most beautiful places on Lake Como: Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio, Como; as well as some well-known mountain resorts including St Moritz Switzerland about 1h30 away, Bormio about 2 hours away, Livigno about 2h30 away, as well as Milan about 1 hour by car (1h30 with the very convenient direct train which starts from Colico)…and many more!
