Great spot on the lake! Jackie and Jack were very kind and helpful. We rented the pontoon and it was an awesome time!

Loved being right on the water. We had a dock for our boat to enjoy the lake easily. We also were able to fish right off the dock and caught some bluegill and bass. We had a campfire two of the nights, it was great to have all the wood provided. We enjoyed using the provided grill on the deck as well. Lake Noquebay was beautiful.

Great stay

Thank you to Jack and Jackie for providing a clean and well kept cottage. Accessibility to the dock was easy and dock was in great working condition. Would definately stay again.

Good Location

Jack and Jackie were very attentive. The dock was great. Cabin older with 2 small bedrooms. It had everything we needed. Not good fishing, at least while we were there.

Lake cottage

Our stay was ok. Some of the blinds didn't work. Containers with covers would be nice for left overs, fruit or vegetables.No salt just 2 pepper shakers.

Upon arrival Jackie met us answered our questions and overall not a bad weekend. There was some construction going on next door and heard a circular saw running all weekend long but I’m sure that probably couldn’t be helped. There is a kayak and canoe available so we asked for life jackets which she promptly delivered. We never ended up using the life jackets and we put them on the bckside of the recliner to keep them out of the way. After we returned home from our trip I noticed a couple messages from Jackie. First one, “where did you put my life jackets”. Approximately an hour later I received another message asking if I “mistakenly “ took them home and threatening to charge me if they were not found and returned. There was no message thanking us for renting their cabin or asking how our stay was?I also received a very confrontational voicemail again threatening to charge us if the life jackets were not found. I called and spoke with Jackie and told her that we never used the life jackets and they are still in the cabin. She still told me that she would charge me even though I told her we didn’t take them. About a half hour later we received a message from Jackie that she found them behind the chair. If you don’t want to deal with rude hosts I would suggest finding another place in the area. Very disappointed in the serious accusations placed against us.

I asked Kyle where the life jackets were and he said he never touched them. I didn’t put them behind the recliner. He said maybe my husband took them. I did tell him that I would have to charge them if they weren’t found. I apologized for the misunderstanding. I didn’t tell him I would charge him even if they were found. I have had many people come and stay over the years. I have only had two people complain. I was trying to retrieve my property that I loaned him. I always ask my guests the day after they check in if everything was okay. They had no complaints.

A relaxing lake getaway

We rented this property as we had a wedding in Crivitz and since it was also our anniversary, decided to spend a few days enjoying the lake. We certainly enjoyed our morning cups of coffee, as well as an afternoon glass of wine looking at the beautiful lake. Jack and Jackie have a little gem in this rustic, lake cabin. The only thing missing was soap in the shower; we should have brought some or asked for some; our mistake.

Hidden gem

We had a wonderful time, Jack and Jackie went above and beyond to any expectations. Meeting new friends who make you feel like family. The cabin was clean and had everything you need. We forgot can coolers. No problem, we found some to borrow. I even got to go on a trike ride with Jack and a buzz around the lake with Jackie on the jetski! But if you want to do your own thing, thats all okay too. We are already talking about booking for next year!

had a great stay

first time to come in September. was hoping to have great fishing, but the weather and wind and time of year wasn't the best. Hope to return again in the summer when the lake isn't so choppy and more 'kayak friendly'. We love this cabin, huge front deck.... so pleasant to hang out on deck and watch the boaters, sunrise, moon rise. Great local restaurants, state parks and water falls!!

Nice cabin.

Cabin was cozy and clean. Bed was too hard and uncomfortable but managed. Neighbors were friendly. Owners were friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was just right for our week away. Jackie and Jack were quick to respond with any questions. There were plenty of kayaks and water toys to provide fun on the water. Thank you to Jack and Jackie for their hospitality.

Fall color trio

Enjoyed the fall colors around the Crivitz area! Very relaxing mini vacay for us. The owners were very friendly, and we had everything we needed. Enjoyed fishing, and the beautiful views!
