Cette maison de plage dispose d'une entrée privée convienient à la promenade et de la plage. Il est la deuxième maison de retour de la promenade. Le parking pour une voiture est juste à côté de la maison. Une table et plein air barbecue à gaz sont fournis. A l'intérieur, il ya l'air central. Le salon avec son plafond cathédrale offre la télévision par câble, Wi-Fi et des jeux de société pour le divertissement. Il ya une laveuse-sécheuse pleine taille. En outre, une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée. Il est situé sur une voie privée, la famille ajoute à votre plaisir et votre vie privée. Pas de groupes autorisés.

Perfect Beach vacation!

This is our second year staying at a Festa property. Everything is as expected, the homes are clean and well maintained and location is perfect… especially for family with young children! Looking forward to staying at one of their homes next year!

Nice Quiet getaway

House was a good size for 3 people. Parking tight. The neighbors who I believe were renting as well had two little dogs that barked a ton when they were gone. Perfect walk to beach and main boardwalk.

Stay was wonderful - only drawback was parking. One narrow space blocking next door entrance if you didn't park as far into the space as you can. When you did this, using the picnic table wasn't possible.

Pt Pleasant Stay

This is a lovely property in a great location. Two houses from the beach and the boardwalk. It is located far enough from Jenkinson’s that you don’t get all the traffic/noise but close enough to enjoy all the boardwalk has to offer. The beach is also beautiful in this area. Our family had a wonderful time.

Awesome Location

My family had an amazing time staying at Bob's house. The location is great, house was very clean, and all the neighbors were very nice. Staying here you have private access to the boardwalk and you are within walking distance to so many good restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable place and great location

We were four friends in town for a nearby music festival. The place was very comfortable and the location was great. So convenient for boardwalk walks! We’d stay there again. We liked the open layout too- was great for friends who wanted to keep talking to each other whether upstairs or down! (Minor thing: It could have been a bit cleaner—especially downstairs bathroom and floors.)

Quiet & Convenient

This is our 3rd summer renting from Bob and we love it! This is the 1st year in this house and it won't be our last. The location to the boardwalk and beach can't be beat. The location is 1 house back from the boardwalk and minutes to all the shops and restaurants, but so quiet at night. We are a family of 4 and this location made getting to the beach a snap with 2 kids and we enjoyed several nights at Strollos Ice cream, just a minute walk down the street. Bob is always so helpful and responsive should we need anything. This is the ideal beach house getaway!

Christmas Week

House was very clean, well heated and had 2 nice, large bathrooms. My family enjoyed being close to the beach & the arcades even if it was only 35 degrees outside! Bedrooms are good size and comfortable. Overall a good experience! House has parking for 1 car but on-street parking was available at the end of the lane.

Quick Trip to Point Pleasant

Robert’s place was perfect for a quick weekend visit to point pleasant to see family. Clean, all of the necessities, and great location. Would be awesome in the summer located so close to the beach!

Wedding gone bad

We rented this home for our family while staying in town for a family wedding. Unfortunately after my last date to cancel, the wedding was cancelled as a result of COVID. Our kids all chose to remain in Cali and at work. My wife and I came and stayed the weekend as to not lose the $1560.00 rental fee. While it was very nice, it wasn’t the weekend we had envisioned.

Amazing house!

This wonderful Point Pleasant house was so well kept-up, clean, bright, and beautiful. The hardwood floors are gorgeous, and the beds are very comfortable. HVAC system works great. The kitchen is huge and amazing! The location is perfect; right next to a private entrance to the boardwalk. Property owner is super friendly and easy to work with. We can't wait to stay again!
