Inside it's a light filled modern studio space with extra large luxurious walk in shower, deluxe super king bed & contempory velvet sofa.

Outside enjoy the private patio garden & off street free parking right outside the aprtment door

Through the wooden gate into the pretty garden patio with fully opening french doors with table and chairs for summertime breakfast and evening drinks.
This area is completley private and fully fenced with external lighting.

The mid century inspired cream glossy fitted kitchen with vintage textured tiles offers a plenty of space to cook, with a microwave, induction hob, fridge and sink.
With toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine and all associated kitchen equipment and crockey

The comfortable living space with modular Swyft velvet sofa and smart TV, offers comfort and practicality with a dining / work table and stools.
There are chargers, maps, games and local guides on the shelves by the dining room table.
We can also provide a travel cot or roll down bed for a baby/ child on request.

The Bedroom area has a luxurious brand new Super kingsize bed with pocket sprung mattress, soft cotton bedlinen and a sumptuous velvet blanket.

This area is also equipped with wall hooks, hangers and a brass ladder for clothes hanging, as well as a full length mirror.

The luxurious bathroom has emerald green Portuguese tiles with a burnt orange tiled nook for toiletries and LED lighting.

The large wooden windows to the front have both roller blinds and lined blackout curtains for total privacy and warmth.

We have a travel cot & a roll down mattress available. Please let us know in advance.

Dogs are very welcome (we have one ourselves) there is a small extra charge.
We can provide dog bowls and towels for muddy walks!
We just ask that you follow a few simple rules:
No pets on the nice velvet sofa or the bed!
Please do not leave them unattended during your stay
Make sure you shut the gate after yourselves to keep the patio secure.
Please clean up any mess they make.
