The apartment is positioned on the third floor (without an elevator) and comprises three bedrooms. Two of these rooms are furnished with queen-size double beds, while the third room features two single beds. There are two bathrooms available, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for meal preparation, including a kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and more.
*Before you reach our cozy apartment, we kindly inform you that involves climbing some stairs. Consider it a warm-up for comfort.

For entertainment, there is a television and WiFi, and the living room area receives ample natural light. Additionally, air conditioning has been installed for your comfort.

However, it truly comes alive after sunset when a plethora of bars and restaurants open their doors, drawing in both locals and tourists to enjoy the lively streets.

Please note that a €100 security deposit is required to book this property. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, within 7 days of check-out.

» Late night check-in: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 Pm) and 9:00 (9 Am) a late check-in fee of € 25 shall be applied. This amount should be paid in cash upon check-in.

» If guests lock themselves out of the property or do not return the keys to the lockbox at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply.
