A assortment of glasses, tumblers, wine glasses, gin goblets & champagne flutes. Full size fridge freezer and plenty of general storage space. A dining table which comfortably seats 6 is situated in the kitchen area together with 42” smart TV. Down 5 steps from the kitchen is a separate WC and outside door access to the rear garden. The rear garden is laid to lawn with shrubs around the edge. It is fully enclosed and secure for dogs. There is a side access to the garden through a gate to the side of the property. From the rear garden there is access to the garage where garden furniture and beach toys are kept.
